The Ozona High School Band performed in Crane for their Concert & Sightreading evaluations. The band received division 1 ratings, the highest rating achievable, on stage and in sightreading. These ratings in combination with the previous semesters division 1 Marching Band ratings have resulted in the band earning a "Sweepstakes" award for the year.
The Ozona 8th Grade Band performed in San Angelo at Lake View High School for their Concert & Sightreading evaluations. 8th Grade is the first year students compete in this event for students in the band program in Ozona. The students successfully earned a division 1 rating on stage and in sightreading earning a "Sweepstakes" award.
