Ozona Varsity Lions took Tuesday's game in dramatic fashion, with a 7-5 walk-off victory over Forsan Buffaloes. Ozona Varsity Lions were down 5-3 in the bottom of the seventh inning when Christian Villarreal hit a grand slam to left field.

Ozona Varsity Lions opened the scoring in the bottom of the first thanks to two singles. Ozona Varsity Lions first got on the board when Kaleb Ramon singled, scoring one run.

Forsan Buffaloes took the lead in the top of the sixth inning after Cole Wyatt singled to the left side of the infield, Jack Nichols grounded out, and Halen Kemper singled to center field, each scoring one run.
Villarreal earned the win for Ozona Varsity Lions. The reliever gave up one hit and zero runs over one and one-third innings, striking out two and walking one. JP Garza opened the game for Ozona Varsity Lions. The left-handed pitcher allowed 10 hits and five runs (three earned) over five and two-thirds innings, striking out five and walking five. Wyatt opened the game for Forsan Buffaloes. The starter allowed 12 hits and five runs (three earned) over six and two-thirds innings, striking out six and walking one.
Ozona Varsity Lions piled up 13 hits in the game. Ramon and Andon Glosson each collected multiple hits for Ozona Varsity Lions. Villarreal stole two bases.
Forsan Buffaloes tallied 11 hits in the game. Wyatt set the tone at the top of the lineup, leading Forsan Buffaloes with three hits in five at bats. Kemper, Wyatt, and Nichols each drove in one run for Forsan Buffaloes. Colt Stockton collected two hits for Forsan Buffaloes in three at bats. Kemper led Forsan Buffaloes with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, piling up six walks for the game. Forsan Buffaloes were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Jonathyn Mendoza had the most chances in the field with seven.
